Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it, including original packaging.

Return Period: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny a refund or provide a partial refund.

How to Initiate a Return

The reason for the return

• Photos of the item (if it is defective or damaged)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

 

• Items returned after the 14-day return period

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way

• Gift cards or promotional products

Defective or Damaged Products

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for a refund, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
